A trans-selenized resveratrol for treating cancers has a structure as shown by formula (I), wherein the hydroxy at positions 3, 4 and 5 can be substituted, and at least one of positions 3, 4 and 5 is substituted by R, wherein R is a selenium complex of an alkali metal ion, R = formula (II). The trans-selenized resveratrol preparation of the present invention has a general therapeutic effect on various cancers, such as lung cancer, lymphoma, gastric cancer, liver cancer, carcinoma of the small intestine, colorectal cancer and gynecological cancers, etc., and achieves a good therapeutic effect. |
