A refrigeration cycle device wherein a load-side heat exchanger (15) and a heat source-side heat exchanger (13) are each provided with a pipe with an inner face groove that has inner face grooves (23) extending in the axial direction of the pipe at a slant and inner face fins (24) formed between the inner face grooves (23). When the lead angles for the inner face grooves (23) in the load-side heat exchanger (15) and the heat source-side heat exchanger (13) are α1 and α2, respectively, the heights of the inner face fins (24) in the load-side heat exchanger (15) and the heat source-side heat exchanger (13) are H1 and H2, respectively, and the apex angles of the inner face fins (24) in the load-side heat exchanger (15) and the heat source-side heat exchanger (13) are θ1 and θ2, respectively, at least two of a first relationship, a second relationship, and a third relationship are satisfied, where the first relationship is α1 > α2, the second relationship is H1 > H2, and the third relationship is θ1 < θ2.
