The present invention relates to a stone mat to be used for various construction projects for revetment work, slope protection work, and scour protection work, wherein stone (10) such as riprap, broken stone, and cobble stone is applied in a space between upper and lower meshes (22, 21) as a metal mesh. A flexible strand is provided to connect the upper and lower meshes (22, 21). A perforated plate (40), wherein a plurality of through-holes (41) are made, is joined to a binding area of the strand to allow the secure binding of the upper and lower meshes (22, 21) without the use of a separate binding unit such as a screw. According to the present invention, the stone mat significantly simplifies the binding process of the upper and lower meshes (22, 21), thereby providing ease of construction, shortening a construction period, and reducing construction costs. |
