Among a plurality of electrical wires configuring a wire harness, a group of electrical wires for signal circuits (i.e. electrical wires in which, when conductors thereof are formed from copper or a copper alloy, the conductor cross-sectional area is not more than 0.3 mm2 (or 0.35 mm2)) is divided into: large-diameter electrical wires (having a size of 0.5) configured from aluminium electrical wires; small-diameter electrical wires (having a size of 0.3 (or 0.3)) configured from copper electrical wires having a conductor cross-sectional area lower than that of the large-diameter electrical wires; and extremely fine electrical wires (having a size of 0.13) configured from copper electrical wires having a conductor cross-sectional area lower than that of the small-diameter electrical wires. 60% of the electrical wires for the signal circuits are substituted for the extremely fine electrical wires, and 70% of the rest of the copper electrical wires are substituted for aluminium electrical wires. |
