PURPOSE: Provided is an instant foods for relieving a hangover after drinking alcohol by using bean sprouts as a main ingredient. The manufactured instant food can be easily cooked. CONSTITUTION: The instant food for relieving a hangover is manufactured by the steps of: culturing and selecting bean sprouts having a regular size and followed by sterilizing and processing them to give themselves preservation; sterilizing and drying Alaska pollack, yellow and dried to give it preservation; packing powdery soup by a unit; sterilizing and drying a green onion; and packing the above ingredients in a porous packing material. |
