The claimed technical solution relates to dentistry and can be used in prosthetic tooth replacements supported by endosseous implants. The aim of the claimed technical solution is to develop a dental implant which can be anchored in cortical bone, enables the free positioning of straight and angulated multi-units and makes it possible to carry out cement or screw retention in a way that is less traumatic for the patient, and to develop a method for organizing a dental prosthesis supported by the above implant, which makes it possible to create dental prostheses with improved reliability and a longer lifespan, to reduce surgery time, to simplify the prosthetic stage of the surgical procedure, and to produce a screw-retained dental prosthesis which can be removed by a dental professional if necessary for repair and adjustment. The claimed technical solutions provide the technical effect of making it possible to anchor an implant in cortical bone, to position straight and angulated multi-units freely within a range of angles from 0 to 360 degrees, to create dental prostheses with improved reliability and an extended lifespan, to reduce surgery time, to simplify the prosthetic stage of the surgical procedure, and to produce a screw-retained dental prosthesis which can be removed by a dental professional if necessary for repair and adjustment. |
