This wireless temperature sensor is provided with: a first structure having an antenna including an antenna electrode and a GND electrode arranged on an insulating substrate; a temperature detection element affixed to the first structure, on the surface thereof to the back surface side from the surface where the antenna electrode is arranged; and a second structure arranged to the side wall side of the temperature detection element, and joined to the first structure. The temperature detection element is affixed to the first structure in such a way that the temperature detection element is electrically connected to the antenna electrode and the GND electrode.
