Disclosed are a high strength artificial leather with a flocked substrate and preparation method thereof, the artificial leather being prepared by adding a high strength paste and using a calendering process; the high strength paste comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of PVC resin powder, 1-5 parts of nanocomposite, 10-40 parts of epoxy soybean oil, 2-20 parts of color masterbatch, 3-7 parts of a stabilizer and foaming agent, 10-30 parts of ground limestone. The artificial leather has good mechanical properties, and also ultra-high strength properties, with surface strength revolutions ≥6000. |
