An electronic arc-extinguishing device suitable for extinguishing an arc of a mechanical switch comprises a power semiconductor device (TR1) in parallel with the two ends of the contact of the mechanical switch. The electronic arc-extinguishing device is characterized in that: the main loop of the power semiconductor device is connected with a voltage detection circuit (B1); an output end of the voltage detection circuit is connected with a control circuit (A); the voltage detection circuit is used for detecting whether the contacts are closed; the control circuit is connected with a control terminal of the power semiconductor device; when the contact closure is detected by the voltage detection circuit, the control circuit supplies a turn-on control signal to the power semiconductor device for extinguishing an arc of the contact closure bounce. The electronic arc-extinguishing device has the advantages of the short turn-on time, the strong overload capacity and ease of use. |
