The present invention relates to a meat wet-aging apparatus of a new type, which can: shorten the time required to age meat; minimize losses caused by the aging of the meat; and remove efficiently fermentation scent generated during the aging of the meat. To this end, the meat wet-aging apparatus comprises: a case which forms the appearance of the apparatus, is installed to be placed at upper or lower portions of a space to store meat to be aged in a refrigerator, and has a wave generating space inside, which is formed so that at least a portion of a wall opposite to the meat to be aged is opened; a wave providing unit which is arranged within the wave generating space of the case, and provides alternately and repeatedly waves of short, medium and long lengths toward a bottom portion of the wave generating space; and a control unit which is provided apart from the case and installed to be placed outside the refrigerator, and controls the operation of the wave providing unit. |
