PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microcapsule excellent in uniformity of particle sizes and carbonless copying paper which uses the microcapsule and has good balance between the color developing performance and pressure discoloration, or color development by unintended pressure application.SOLUTION: The capsule film wall of a microcapsule is a polyureaurethane film, and the microcapsule includes a hydrophobic liquid. Carbonless copying paper uses the microcapsule. The hydrophobic liquid contains an organic tin (II) compound of formula RRSnXX, where Rand Rare independently a methyl group, a butyl group or an octyl group; and Xand Xare independently a halogen group, a 2-12C carboxylic acid group or a dicarboxylic acid group. |
