PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve reduction in size with a simple constitution in an imaging device which includes an observation optical system having an optical axis different from an imaging optical system.SOLUTION: An imaging device 100 having an imaging part includes an imaging optical system 6, a reflection optical element 7 such as a total reflection mirror arranged in a part of a range of a diaphragm at the position of an aperture diaphragm of a diaphragm part 75, and an observation optical system 8. The imaging part forms an image via the imaging optical system 6 with the reflection optical element 7 using light from the observation optical system 8 having an optical axis with a different angle with respect to the optical axis of the imaging optical system 6.
