FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of products with biologically active properties from holothurians. Proposed process consists in release of inner organs from holothurians, washing skin-muscular tube, mincing it to homogeneous mass and extraction of biologically active components therefrom. Extraction is conducted in two steps. First, minced skin-muscular mass is mixed with water. Then, this mix is processed with ultrasound and subjected to alkaline hydrolysis. Then, mix us neutralised to pH 7.0 to dry the obtained hydrolyzate while dried product is minced to powder. At second step, said powder is mixed with sunflower oil or colza oil and held at constant mixing. Produced fat suspension is stabilised with the help of dispersant.EFFECT: biologically active product with chondroprotective and immunomodulating properties.4 tbl, 4 ex |
