The present invention relates to a method for controlling an electrical waste gate, and comprising the steps of: measuring a current temperature of an exhaust manifold; comparing a current open degree with a target open degree; calculating a compensation value of a position displacement voltage corresponding to the current temperature if it is determined that the waste gate is abnormally controlled by a comparison result between the current open degree and the target open degree; comparing current boost pressure of the waste gate with a target boost pressure if it is determined that the waste gate is normally controlled by the comparison result between the current open degree and the target open degree; and determining a presence of the compensation value if the boost pressure of the waste gate is normal by the comparison result between the current boost pressure and the target boost degree.
