<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that can make a training device safe and convenient.SOLUTION: A training device 10 includes: a handle 50 that can be moved by an exerciser's operation; a motion conversion mechanism that performs interconversion between movement of the handle 50 and a rotary motion; a motor 71 that has a rotating shaft rotated in such a manner as to interlock with the movement of the handle 50 by the motion conversion mechanism; and a control part that controls torque of the motor 71. Since a burden is applied to the handle 50 by the motor 71, a weight for applying the burden to the handle 50 becomes unnecessary.</p> |
