PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressurizing device, a transfer device equipped with the same, and an image formation device, in which a force acting on a hit part when a pressurizing member hits a pressurized member is set large, for suppressing variation of a pressurizing force at the hit part.SOLUTION: A transfer pressurizing device 40 which makes a nip formation roller 36 hit an intermediate transfer belt for pressurizing includes, a front side plate 421 and a rear side plate 422 for supporting respectively both end parts of the nip formation roller 36, a pressurizing stage 42 equipped with a rotating shaft side stay member 424 and a pressurizing side upper stay member 423 which are connected to the side plate respectively, for regulating relative movement along length direction of the two side plates, and a tension spring 44 and a compression spring 45. The pressurizing side upper stay member 423 connects two side plates such that a connection part of the front side plate 421 to the pressurizing side upper stay member 423 is changeable in relative position along pressurizing direction, relative to a connection part of the rear side plate 422 to the pressurizing side upper stay member 423. |
