a conduit, wherein said conduit is formed having a first conduit end and a second conduit end; a vent configured therein a section of said conduit and disposed between said first conduit end and said second conduit end; and two or more fans, said two or more fans includes a first fan positioned proximate said first conduit end and a second fan positioned proximate said second conduit end.
