<p>The present invention relates to a vinyl manufacturing device which may include: an extrude-molding unit having an extruder which supplies a resin, a heating unit which receives the resin from the extruder and heats the resin, and an air filling unit which sprays air to the resin in order to mold a vinyl tube with the resin heated by the heating unit; multiple guide rollers which guides the movement of the molded vinyl; a winding roller which winds the vinyl transferred by the guide rollers; a width detecting unit which measures the width of the vinyl by being installed on a transferring route of the vinyl transferred by the guide rollers; and a main controller which increases the pressure of the air sprayed to the resin when the measured width of the vinyl measured by the width detecting unit is shorter than the preset width, and transfers control signals to the air filling unit in order to decrease the pressure of the air sprayed to the resin if the measured width of the vinyl measured by the width detecting unit is longer than the preset width. By having the width detecting unit and the main controller which control the pressure of the air sprayed from the air filling unit, the present invention can keep the width of the vinyl molded by the extrude-molding unit uniformly.</p> |
