<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid injection device for suppressing deterioration of performance. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid injection device includes: an injection head having an injection surface where a nozzle for injecting liquid and a recessed part are formed; a cap member which has a liquid reception part which has an opening on an injection head side and receives liquid discharged by the injection head and an end part in contact with the injection surface; a driving device for moving the cap member; and a suction device for sucking fluid in a space formed between the injection surface and the cap member in the state in which the end part and the injection surface are in contact with each other. The driving device moves the cap member in the state in which the end part and the injection surface are in contact after suction by the suction device and makes the recessed part and the end part oppose. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
