<p>A maternity bra 1 comprises a base strap or undercarriage 11, shoulder straps (12, 13, figure 1) and an inner section 21 for supporting and/or covering the bust of the wearer, with openings 25, 25a which expose the nipples of the breasts. Outer panels 22 attach to the shoulder straps with a releasable fastening and when fastened to the straps conceals or partially conceals the inner panel 21. Inner panel 21 is formed from a single sheet of material and provides coverage for a substantial part of the cleavage of the breasts. This gives privacy and modesty to the user whilst breast feeding.</p> |
