<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid detergent composition for tableware which contains a high concentration of a surfactant, has high detergency, has excellent storage stability at a low temperature, and has reduced alcoholic smell. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid detergent composition for tableware includes (a) 30-70 mass% of a surfactant, (b) 5-20 mass% of a monohydric alcohol having a carbon number of 1-3, (c) 0.1-10 mass% of a nitrate salt in terms of anhydride. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
