<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase productivity of an electric double-layer capacitor and the like. <P>SOLUTION: A concave-shaped container 2 has a concave part 13, and a reservoir part 17 having a metallic layer 11 on its bottom face is formed on a bottom of the concave part 13. A collector 18 using carbon as a conductive material is formed on the metallic layer 11, and an electrode 6 is fixed thereon. The collector 18 and the electrode 6 are formed in a following manner. After sintering the concave-shaped container 2, a conductive paste using carbon as a conductive material is supplied to the reservoir part 17. The reservoir part 17 is provided to collect the conductive paste at a center of the concave part 13 in the reservoir part 17 to prevent the paste from being leaked to peripheries and becoming a cause of short-circuit, because the conductive paste is liquid. Thereafter, when the electrode 6 is placed on the conductive paste and heated, the conductive paste is solidified, so as to form the collector 18, to which the electrode 6 is fixed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
