<p>A coating resin sheet-metal laminate excellent in the weatherability, the embossing pattern receptibility, the embossed-design heat resistance, the processability, and the surface hardness is provided. The coating resin sheet-metal laminate which is characterized by including a metal sheet and, formed thereover, a resin layer (layer A) including a polycarbonate resin which contains a structural unit derived from a dihydroxy compound having, as part of the structure thereof, a site represented by the following formula (1).
