<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a printing mask that can prevent deformation occurring in a metal film pattern corresponding to a print pattern when jointing the metal film pattern to a mesh. <P>SOLUTION: In this method of manufacturing a printing mask composed by jointing a metal film pattern 13 corresponding to a print pattern to a mesh 22, the jointing of the metal film pattern 13 to the mesh 22 is executed by passing through steps of: mounting the mesh 22 on the metal film pattern 13 formed on the upper surface of a base plate 11; tightly fitting the mesh 22 to the metal film pattern 13 by pressing a pressing member 32 formed of a liquid-permeable elastic body against the mesh 22 while being compressed; jointing the metal film pattern 13 to the mesh 22 through a plated film 41; and detaching the pressing member 32 from the mesh 22 and detaching the base plate 11 from the mesh 22 to peel off the metal film pattern 13 from the base plate 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
