<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a polyamide, by which the polyamide that has high glass transition temperature TG and has excellent properties can be stably produced on an industrial scale. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes: mixing an itaconic acid with a diamine compound in the presence of a polar solvent to generate their bases; and heating the obtained bases for polymerization to synthesize polyamide. At polymerization, the bases are heated at temperature or above of melting points of the bases. A bio-based substance is preferably used as the itaconic acid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
