<p>The mold part (20) has a fiber layer (25.2) including thermo plastic binding agent. The fiber layer is formed of reinforcement bars (31.2.1, 31.2.2) that comprise fiber material (26.2.1). The bars form different strong compressed and reinforced areas made of net-type reinforcement structures (30.2.1, 30.2.2). The fiber layer has air sound absorbing cushions (34.1, 34.2) that are enclosed by the bars. The cushions are made of less strong-compressed and reinforced fiber material (26.2.2). The fiber layer is reinforced with jute, velvet, hemp, glass and/or plastic fibers. The mold part is formed with a blocking layer and covering layer, which is made of spinning or needle type fleece. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing an air sound absorption mold part.</p> |
