<p>Provided is a hot-water supply and air-conditioning device with which the overall system efficiency is improved with a simple configuration. The present invention is equipped with: a hot-water supply refrigerant circuit (20), in which a first refrigerant circulates, and which is formed by connecting in a loop a hot-water supply compressor (21), a hot-water supply usage-side heat exchanger (22), a hot-water supply decompression device (23), and a hot-water supply heat-source-side heat exchanger (11); and an air-conditioning refrigerant circuit (30), in which a second refrigerant circulates, and which is formed by connecting in a loop an air-conditioning compressor (31), a flow path switching means (32), an air-conditioning usage-side heat exchanger (33), an air-conditioning decompression device (34), and an air-conditioning heat-source-side heat exchanger (11). The hot-water supply heat-source side heat exchanger (11) and the air-conditioning heat-source-side heat exchanger (11) are integrated by inserting a hot-water supply heat transfer pipe (21a) of the hot-water supply heat-source side heat exchanger (11) and an air-conditioning heat transfer pipe (31a) of the air-conditioning heat-source-side heat exchanger (11) through multiple fins, which are stacked in an approximately parallel manner with prescribed intervals therebetween.</p> |
