<p>The method involves measuring usage parameters e.g. start time, of a user during usage of audiovisual services (42) via mobile radio end devices using a measuring module (44). The measured usage parameters are transmitted from the end devices to a collecting device (48) via a cellular mobile radio network. The transmitted usage parameters and/or evaluated usage parameters are provided by the collecting device for a process to determine a usage behavior of the user. The measuring module is controlled using a control device (60) of the network. An independent claim is also included for a device for a cellular mobile radio network for determining a usage behavior of a user of audiovisual services.</p> |
