摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective and proper method for preventing hydrogen explosion in a building in a nuclear power facility and equipment for the same. <P>SOLUTION: Hydrogen concentration in a building (especially, an operating floor 2 at an upper part of a nuclear reactor building 1) in a nuclear power facility is monitored by a hydrogen detector 3, when hydrogen is detected, inert gas is blown out in the building by an inert gas blowout device 4 to fill mixture gas of hydrogen/air/inert gas in the building, and the mixture gas is emitted to the atmosphere by an exhaust pipe 11 while controlling hydrogen concentration in the mixture gas so as to be held at safety concentration at an explosion limit or lower. The hydrogen concentration in the mixture gas immediately before being emitted to the atmosphere is monitored, and when it is detected that the hydrogen concentration exceeds the safety concentration, the mixture gas is emitted upon making the hydrogen concentration into the safety concentration or lower by further blowing out the inert gas in the mixture gas. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p>
