The present invention relates to an integrated device for pre- and post-processing and heat exchange of a stack fuel, and to a method for operating the same and, more specifically, to a unit device, in which a stack discharge gas discharged from a fuel cell stack is treated, and a fuel fed to the fuel cell stack can be reformed by using the stack discharge gas. According to the present invention, the device, which performs fuel pre- and post-processing and heat exchange of a fuel cell, comprises: a first channel in which a stack discharge gas flows and is combusted by a combustion catalyst; and a second channel in which a fuel gas of a fuel cell stack flows in opposite to the stack discharge gas to be reformed by a reforming catalyst. Heat is exchanged between the first channel and the second channel. |
