PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press brake of which the operation can be highly accurately controlled. ! SOLUTION: A speed detector 211 detects a moving speed S when a slide table moves. A pressurizing force calculator 22 calculates a pressurizing force P when the slide table moves. A no-load time pressurizing force calculator 27 calculates a no-load time pressurizing force Pc corresponding to the moving speed S of the slide table on the basis of relationship between plural moving speeds S and plural pressurizing forces P in a no-load state where a metallic die applies no load to a sheet material. A pressurizing force correction part 28 corrects the pressurizing force P using the no-load time pressurizing force Pc corresponding to a predetermined moving speed S and outputs a corrected pressurizing force P' when the slide table is moved at the predetermined moving speed S and the sheet material is worked by the metallic die. !
