The present invention provides a manufacturing method with good reliability. The present invention has the following processes of: providing a first layer, a first insulation layer, an electrode, a second insulation layer, and a display device to a first surface of a first substrate; providing a second layer and a third insulation layer to a second surface of a second substrate; providing an opening by removing a portion of the second layer and the third insulation layer; overlapping the second substrate with the first substrate by the first surface facing the second surface, and interposing an adhesive layer to have an area, wherein the electrode and the opening overlap; peeling the first substrate with the first layer from the first insulation layer; providing a third substrate by overlapping with the first insulation layer; peeling the second substrate with the second layer from the third insulation layer; and providing a fourth substrate by overlapping the third insulation layer, wherein a portion of an adhesive layer and a portion of the second insulation layer are peeled with the second substrate in the process of peeling the second substrate. |
