SOLUTION: The washing machine is provided in which a side of a rotary tub provided rotatably in a water tank is formed by bending a metal plate into a cylinder shape. The washing machine is manufactured by performing a coating process of giving antifouling coating having an antifouling function to a face forming an outside surface of the side of the rotary tub, of the metal plate.
