<p>The present invention provides a polyurea paint-film waterproofing agent, a manufacturing method thereof, and a waterproofing and anti-corrosion method using the waterproofing agent., which comprises: a first mixture composed of 70-90 parts by weight of sodium lactate methylsilanol, 30-50 parts by weight of N-(polyoxyalkyl)-N-(alkyl)amine, and 3-5 parts by weight of a pigment with respect to 100 parts by weight of dioleyl tocopheryl methylsilanol; and a second mixture composed of 70-80 parts by weight of polyoxy alkylene glycol carboxylate, 60-70 parts by weight of cetyl alcohol ethylene propylene copolymer, 30-40 parts by weight of triethoxy tetrafluoroborate, and 10-20 parts by weight of 3,3-bis(chloromethyl)oxacyclobutane with respect to 100 parts by weight of 1,12-dodecane diisocyanate.</p> |
