PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adsorbent granulating method and adsorbent granules produced thereby.SOLUTION: The invention relates to an adsorbent granulating method and adsorbent granules produced thereby. The adsorbent granulating method includes a process that sodium metasilicate, meta-kaolin and inorganic ion exchange material are kneaded in a water to form a slurry, followed by pouring the completed slurry onto a nylon cloth having 300 to 400 mesh, and it is air-dried at an ordinary temperature to be hardened, and following this, the hardened product is crushed and it is sieved with a screen having a mesh size of 0.2 to 2.5 mm, and thereby the adsorbent granules having excellent adsorptivity are obtained.
