PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel battery cell stack device and a fuel cell battery which are improved in reliability.SOLUTION: In a fuel battery cell stack device 1, an outside electrode layer 13 is provided whose one end is separated from a first manifold 4 and other end is separated from a second manifold 7, and power generation efficiency can be improved since, out of gas flowing through the first manifold 4 and gas flowing the second manifold 7, a distance between one manifold through which high temperature gas flows and the outside electrode layer 13 is longer than a distance between the other manifold through which low temperature gas flows and the outside electrode layer 13. |
