<p>A ferro magnet drive type compact camera according to the present invention comprises: a lens frame (20) wherein a lens barrel (30-1) having a plurality of lenses arranged in an optical axis direction and a lens carrier (30-2) are accommodated in an inner space thereof; and a ferro magnet voice coil motor (VCM) (50) wherein a pair of straight ferro magnet bars (70-1, 70-2) facing each other in a lens frame (20) are disposed in parallel with a pair of U-shaped ferro magnet bars (60-1, 60-2) supported by a frame pillar (20-1) of the lens frame (20) and separated from the U-shaped ferro magnet bars (60-1, 60-2) by a fixed distance (d), a magnetic field is generated by an interactive electromagnetic force between the ferro magnets while maintaining the fixed distance (d) when a current is applied to a pair of voice coils (80-1,80-2) which face each other in the lens frame (20) and are wound on the pair of U-shaped ferro magnet bars (60-1, 60-2), and an original condition is restored by a restoring force of a U-spring when the current is blocked. Accordingly, lens auto-focusing and zoom are realized. Specifically, a lens movement using the straight ferro magnet bars (70-1, 70-2) and the U-shaped ferro magnet bars (60-1, 60-2) is more stably maintained, and a size is reduced.</p> |
