PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method for adjusting a display on the basis of a detected orientation.SOLUTION: A system and method for adjusting a display on the basis of a detected orientation are disclosed herein. The system includes an orientation detector to detect an orientation of a viewer associated with the display. The display includes: at least a first display and a second display; an information input module to receive information to be output on either the first display or the second display; and a display selector to select either the first display or the second display to output the information on the basis of the detected orientation.
