Disclosed is a cement mortar exfoliating apparatus for a recycled aggregate, which transfers the recycled aggregates by installing a plurality of transferring guide members in a series to have predetermined gaps in between on an outer circumference surface of a rotation drum. In addition, the present invention enhances frictional force, collision force, and hitting force of the recycled aggregate by additionally installing a subsidiary collision piece. The present invention also has excellent exfoliating effects, is easy to manage and repair, and reduces costs.
