The present invention comprises: a body frame wherein a connection frame connected to a lifting member is installed, and a wheel installed to be moved; a drive frame having a hinge unit rotationally connected to the body frame; a drive shaft rotationally installed in the drive frame; a plurality of cutting blades installed in the drive shaft; a drive unit installed in the drive frame providing power to the cutting blades; a pressurization unit installed in the body frame and the drive frame, pressurizing the drive frame to a road surface to cut a paved material of a road; and a distance adjustment unit provided in the drive shaft, adjusting a distance between the cutting blades. |
