<p>A technical aim to be achieved by the present invention is to solve traditional problems. The present invention provides a facility control system, a central control device included therein, and facility control method, wherein power consumption information corrected depending on the kind of a load can be provided when power consumption measured by a watt-hour meter is provided to a user. As a means for solving the above-mentioned technical problems, the present invention provides a facility control system comprising: a first watt-hour meter for measuring power consumption for each load group with respect to at least one facility or device; and a central control device for calculating a correlation coefficient based on a power factor calculated using power consumption for each load group, and calculating power consumption corrected for each load group by applying the correlation coefficient to the power consumption for each load group. The facility control system, the central control device included therein and the facility control method according to the present invention can provide power consumption information corrected depending on the kind of a load when power consumption measured by a watt-hour meter is provided to a user.</p> |
