PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device and an on-vehicle camera system for enabling the appropriate driving operation support of a vehicle in accordance with the state of a boarding person.SOLUTION: An image processing device 12 includes: an image acquisition section 21 for acquiring a captured image imaging the circumferential area of a mobile body; and an image processing section 26 for receiving information related to the sitting of a crewman in the mobile body and changing a travel support guide to be displayed by superimposition on the captured image in response to the information related to the sitting. The image processing section 26 may add displaying that indicates a space required for getting on/off through a door close to the seat on which the crewman is determined to be sitting as a travel support guide on the basis of the information related to the sitting.
