<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric module capable of quickly detecting a temperature change.SOLUTION: A thermoelectric module 10 comprises: a first support substrate 1 including a principal surface having a first region 11 and a second region 12 adjacent to the first region 11; a second support substrate 2 provided so that the principal surface thereof faces the first region 11; a plurality of thermoelectric elements 3 arranged between the first region 11 and the principal surface of the second support substrate 2; and a thermistor 4 mounted on the second region 12. The upper surface of the thermistor 4 is located above the lower surface of the second support substrate 2, and the side surface of the thermistor 4 is in contact with the second support substrate 2. This allows quick detection of not only a temperature change of the first support substrate 1 but also a temperature change of the second support substrate 2.</p> |
