The present invention relates to a conductive composition with excellent re-dispersion properties and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, a conductive solid phase composition with excellent re-dispersion properties is configured to be dispersed with a conductive nanostructure on a cellulose-based polymer matrix. The conventional conductive ink as a water or fluid-based liquid form can generate precipitates during storing for a long period of time and can change material properties. According to the present invention, precipitates and change of material properties, which can be generated during storing for a long period of time, can be previously prevented by manufacturing a water-based conductive ink in solid form with the certain amount, the certain size, and the form.
