<p>The present invention is to disclose an apparatus and a method for distinguishing the same product in a shopping mall. Registration information of products registered in a shopping mall is acquired, and it is possible to determine whether products are the same by using similarity calculated by using the registration information and product history information. A product ID of the determined same products is replaced by a representative product ID, the ID of a corresponding product included in the buying history of a buyer is replaced by the representative ID, thereby recommending a product related to the products which have been bought by the buyer.</p> |
