The present invention relates to an ultrasonic probe having improved heat dissipation properties. The ultrasonic probe includes: a housing; a transducer; a probe circuit board; and a waterproof member. The housing has a plurality of through-holes to allow air to flow in and out. At least a part of the transducer is received in the housing, and the transducer transmits and receives an ultrasonic signal. The probe circuit board is accommodated in the housing and is connected to the transducer. The waterproof member is formed to surround the probe circuit board inside the housing to block water inflow into the probe circuit board.
