The present invention relates to a hydraulic actuator for a turbine valve of a power plant which comprises: an actuator body to open and close a valve in accordance to a supplied hydraulic oil; and a lower end cap to supply the hydraulic oil to the actuator body. The lower end cap comprises: a fluid actuator supply (FAS) port with a first flow path to supply a first hydraulic oil to increase or decreasing an expansion power of a piston by applying the first hydraulic oil to a lower portion of the piston inside the actuator body; a fluid emergency trip supply (ETS) port with a second flow path through which second hydraulic oil is supplied to a lower portion of a disk dump valve in the actuator body; an oil distributing unit to distribute an amount of oil inside the actuator body; an FAS blocking valve with a first blocking rod inserted into a lower portion of the FAS port to block the first flow path; and an ETS blocking valve with a second blocking rod inserted into a lower portion of the ETS port to block the second flow path. |
