The present invention relates to a flat membrane module including a flat membrane unit and a frame which includes a plurality of flat membrane units formed thereon to have gaps and includes a diffuser formed on a lower portion thereof. The flat membrane unit includes: a guiding plate which includes, on different locations of both sides, a plurality of vertical flow channels, which form gaps in the shapes of grooves, and a horizontal flow channel, which communicates with upper end portions of the horizontal flow channels and is formed in the shape of a groove, and includes a suction hole, which communicates with the vertical flow channels on both sides; plate members in the shapes of plates attached to both sides of the guiding plate; and a filtering sheet attached on the outside of the plate member.
