PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine controller capable of improving controllability over an air-fuel ratio of an engine using both cylinder injection and port injection. ! SOLUTION: A disclosed engine controller 1 controls a cylinder injection quantity FDI of fuel injected from a cylinder injection valve 21 of an engine 10 into a cylinder and a port injection quantity FMPI of fuel injected from a port injection valve 22 into an intake port 13. Furthermore, the engine controller 1 comprises an adhesion quantity calculation unit 3B calculating a cylinder adhesion quantity (RC) of the fuel injected from the cylinder injection valve 21 and adhering to an interior of the cylinder and a port adhesion quantity (RV+RW) of the fuel injected from the port injection valve 22 and adhering to an interior of the intake port 13.
