Two types of heating devices (a heater core and a PTC heater) for heating can be selectively attached. An air flow path is formed in the interior of a housing (2) of an HVAC unit (1). A heater core (14) and a PCT heater (15) are selectively attached to an attachment/detachment opening (32) in the lateral surface of the housing (2). The attachment/detachment opening (32) is formed so as to match the heater core (14). The PTC heater (15) is accommodated inside a frame (33) having outer diameter dimensions in accordance with the attachment/detachment opening (32), and the PTC heater is attached via the frame (33). The frame (33) has a temperature-sensor holding part (34).
